Are your products officially licensed though?
Yes. Oui. Ja. Sí. Tak. Enough said.

Please tell me your products are ethically made?   
We love this pale blue dot which we all call home, and we want to keep it clean and beautiful. We do everything possible to use vegan and ethically sourced clothing, and we make as much of our clothing to order as possible. No one is perfect, but we’re doing our best, and we’re obsessed with looking for ways in which we can improve even further. 

Our designs are:
• Printed with GOTS approved eco-friendly ink
• Printed fresh to order for virtually zero waste
• Shipped in plastic-free packaging where possible

We are on a mission to:
• Make everything from organic cotton where possible
• Ensure every item is ethically sourced and Fair Wear Foundation approved

How about your packaging?
Our epic designs are shipped to you in paper packaging which is eco-friendly and recyclable. Swing tags and information cards are made from recycled card and printed with eco-friendly inks. We are actively working on a new range of packaging, to further improve in this area. Watch this space!

I can’t wait to get my stuff, how long does it take to dispatch orders?
As soon as you click and confirm your excellent taste in clothing, your order will virtually wing its way to us. We’ll send you a confirmation email, and your items will normally be dispatched within 2 – 5 working days (shipping time will be on top of this). If we’re able to be super speedy and send them off sooner, we will. You’ll receive another notification as soon as your order is dispatched by our friends at Royal Mail.

What's your returns policy, just in case?

As you know, we print each item freshly to order and especially for you… so pretty please do check our sizing and measurements guides (in the tabs on every product page) to make sure you’re selecting your perfect fit. You can even ask a real human by getting in touch with our team, who are always happy to help. If you do need to return anything, we understand, and can accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of making your purchase.
